At Jim Green, we have a dedicated team to attend to any special footwear requests. We also manufacture specialized boots for companies and individuals with unique needs, such as heat-resistant or branded boots. We aim to accommodate all our customers.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping, returns and exchanges are free in South Africa for all orders over R500. All Jim Green products purchased will be shipped to the supplied delivery address within 5-7 working days from date of payment.
Returns & Replacements
Any product may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 12 months from the date of purchase provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid invoice.
International Orders
We do ship internationally by use of a private courier.
Cost: R1000
This will be applied to your order on check out.
• Delivery is 7-14 working days.
• No refunds or exchanges are accepted on international orders.
• Import and customs charges are for the buyers account as we do not have any control over the amounts.
