Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your Jim Green experience. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always use our one free exchange or return your order for free within South Africa:

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases, dirt, polish or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 60 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Boot care items or accessories that have been opened or used are not eligible to be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from Jim Green.

Timing

Once our factory has received your return, please allow 10 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact us.

Refunds

All refunds credited will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within South Africa for orders over R500. We also offer free return shipping for all items shipped within South Africa.

All Jim Green products purchased will be shipped to the supplied delivery address within 5-7  working days from date of payment. If the item is on backorder, the product will be shipped out within 10 to 14 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

International Orders

We do ship internationally by use of a private courier.

Cost: R1150

This will be applied to your order on check out.

Delivery is 7-14 working days.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on international orders.

Import and customs charges are for the buyers account as we do not have any control over the amounts.

Custom Orders

Production and delivery is expected within 45 working days from date of payment.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We will replace or provide store credit for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if the order is covered by shipping protection.

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third-party purchases are not covered by Jim Green.

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.

Privacy & Security

Please note that Jim Green does not disclose any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. We do not keep a record of, or store, any part of your credit card details. Jim Green does keep records of certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact details, shipping address and billing address. This information is necessary in processing your order.
